The shoes look great! I don’t know how the gold fit, but the black run large. I ordered a size 12 for my son for prom, but he can probably wear an 11. His normal size is 11.5 to 12.OAN, The glitter appears to hold up well. No issues with it flaking off when trying on. I will give an update in a few days after prom for how they hold up. As far as the price, formal shoes can be VERY EXPENSIVE and well over $59. I think the black are nice for the price.We have a light colored wood floor, and these shoes leave large black marks all over the place. I wasn't even inside very often while wearing them. The marks are very difficult to remove. You can't just wipe them off with a damp cloth; you have to vigorously scrub them off using either an eraser or an abrasive dish scrubber with dishwashing liquid.I know they're not the most expensive shoes, but still..The shoes are beautiful. But just know they are somewhat narrow.Order at least a whole size smaller! Good shoe, worked for our event but too largeShoe looked beautiful - too bad I couldn't wear it. I buy most of my shoes online as I have large feet.(14M). Unfortunately I had to return these, too tight. Perhaps smaller sizes or other styles do run large but not this particular one.The shoes look fantastic for the daddy daughter dance to match our daughter's dress.The shoe was however fairly uncomfortable and quite slippery as there is no grip.We loved the shoes! He wore them to prom with a silver, glitter tux jacket and received tons of compliments. He said the comfort was comparable to rented shoes.Great thing about this is that they are incredibly comfortable, like wearing bedroom slippers!
