Ordered a size 10.5 and they fit as expected. The color is the beautiful blue as shown, however, in pictures it appears darker than the stock photo. Its because of the velvet material but it's something to be aware of. If you're going for the exact blue color at first glance/from a distance, this is not the one for you. You have to be close or view the shoe from a certain angle to really appreciate the royal blue color. For that reason, I'd give it a 4.5 star rating. Otherwise, it was as expected and appears expensive.It killed me to discover that the standard Size 12 that I get from every other store is much to big here - I was literally swimming in these shoes. Other than that, they are simply beautiful shoes.....I've re-ordered a new pair in a smaller size and they could not have made the return/reorder process any simpler. All in all, even though I have to return for a new pair, I'm as excited as all get out with this new pair of blue velvet shoes!My grandson wore these to the Prom. The emerald stone matched his girlfriends dress perfectly. He wears a size10, but I ordered the 9.5 because it was the only size left. I’m glad I did because the 10 would have been a little bit big because he wore them without socks.
