I use these for work shoes. I walk between 20,000-25,000 steps a day 5 days a week. My last pair lasted 8 months before the insole wore out. Hardly wore out the traction in the same amount of time.I bought these for my husband as an anniversary gift and he was very happy with them.They look exactly as advertised, colors are very vibrant and very lightweight.
